How long will my delivery take?

All deliveries should arrive within 3~5 working days (except WA & TAS, which could take up to 7 working days) from your date of order. If your product has not arrived within this time frame, you can track your order with our courier service using the tracking number provided to you via email.

When do I need to order to receive my delivery by Christmas?

For Standard delivery, order by 4pm Sunday 18th December. Please allow 3-7 days for delivery.
For National Express delivery, order by 4pm Wednesday 21st December for next day delivery in National Metropolitan areas.
For Sydney Same Day, order by 4pm Friday 23rd December.
For Click & Collect, order by 11.59pm Friday 23rd December for pick up instore the next day.

Are my details secure?

Yes. We take your privacy seriously. For more information please see our Privacy Policy. We store any information you give us securely and we use high-level SSL encryption technology which is the most advanced security software currently available for online transactions. We do not store your personal credit card information so we will ask for this to process any returns.

How long does it take Customer Service to reply?

We do our best to respond within 2 business days, but sometimes we might get a little backed up and it may take a bit longer. We apologise in advance if we keep you waiting.
